Refund and Return Policy:
As per the policy, the company does not offer Returns or Refund for the products that were received to the customer in the proper condition. However on delivery, if the customer receives a wrong product or gets a defective piece or the product is damaged during shipping, then the company will consider whether to accept the return or will provide you with an exchange offer. In case, you opt to return the product then the refund will be initiated in or after 7 days.
Eligibility for Return:
- In case, you have received the wrong product or the product delivered to you has been damaged during shipping or product is having any manufacturing defect then you may request to return the same product and demand a refund.
- Refunds will be available only for the product which has been received to us in its condition i.e. in the same package as it was sent to the customer.
- Products purchased in Sale i.e. on discounted prices shall not be subject to return.
- The refund policy shall be available only for the products that are unused.
- Products made of wood may contain some hairline cracks or splits due to the temperature.It is a natural process therefore no return will be accepted in that case.

We have a 7 Business Days return policy, which means you have to 7 Business Days after receiving your product receiving your product to request for return.Kindly record the video while unboxing the product and check the same properly. On unboxing, if you find any damaged on incorrect product please contact the De Maison Decor team within 7 days of delivery. Email-Phone-Address-Our Customer Care Team will review your queries you will revert you back within 7 Business Days.Once the product is received by us and we find it in the original condition then will initiate the refund for the same. The refund process may take 10 to 14 Business Days. Refund will be provided through the same mode through which you had made the payment.In case you had opted for Cash on Delivery then the refund payment will be transferred to your bank account. It may take 10 to 14 working days to reflect the refund payment in your bank account.
